Jack Melvin Clifton, 80, passed away September 29, 2018. Jack was born January 14, 1938 to Elmer Hugh Clifton and Mary Eulia Hall Clifton of Ocala, Florida. He was a resident of Hardee and Highlands County for the past eight years coming from Winter Haven. Jack attended the First Christian Church of Wauchula, Fl. Jack was self-employed as a Handyman. Jack is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Clifton. He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer “Jenny” Moye (Bret) of Zolfo Springs, Fl.; Sherry Richardson (David) of Zolfo Springs, Fl.; Judy Clifton (Richard Snyder) of Pennsylvania. Sister Linda Barrington of Zolfo Springs, Fl. Grandchildren are Jaxon, Lily, and David. A visitation will be held Tuesday October 2, 2018 at the First Christian Church of Wauchula, FL. at 1:00 pm. Services will follow starting at 2:00 PM. Mr. Tom Hartman will officiate services. Interment at Wauchula Cemetery
