Ruth Nadine Trott, 82, of Wauchula, passed away at Boca Raton Regional Hospital on Monday, June 19, 2017. She was born on November 3,1934 in Polk County, Florida and had been a resident of Hardee County since 1953. Ruth was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hiram and Leila Durrance Dotson, husband Thomas J. "T.J." Trott, brother, Coy Alfred Dotson, and sister, Juanita Parker. She is survived by two sons, Hiram Clyde Trott and Hiram Ian Trott, both of Wauchula; five daughters, Cyndee Ziglar, Cheryl Baker, and Charlotte Terrell, all of Wauchula, Jayme Trott of Jacksonville, and Joni Ragsdale of Bowling Green; one sister, Frankie Larramore of Bowling Green; seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Joe Parish and Rev. Joey Taylor will officiate. Interment is in Paynes Creek Cemetery.
