Barbara Juanita Carter passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones in her home on December 25th, 2021. She was born on August 20, 1963, in Blueberry Hill, Michigan, as the youngest of thirteen children, to Violet and Clearance D. Baker. Barbara is survived by her best friend and love of her life of 37 years, Robert Wayne Carter, and their four children: Katina Peduzzi (Spouse, Andrew, and son, Devon), Eric Baker (Spouse, Jessica, and children: Liam, Ella, Jameson, Collin), Robert "Lee Bug" Carter (Spouse, Vanessa, and children: Malia, Mya, Landon, Leila) and Ayrica Baker (great-granddaughter, Adeline). She is survived by her brother Bruce Baker. Barbara will be best known for being a hard-working woman full of life that wore her emotions on her sleeve and loved her children and grandbabies with everything she had! She wouldn't hesitate to let you know exactly what was on her mind or how she felt. Her favorite thing to do was go catfishing with family and friends. Two values she raised her children and lived by till she was called home were to "Always finish what you started!" and "Always do your best!"
A visitation will be held Thursday, December 30th at 10:00 a.m. followed by A Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. Friends and family are invited to attend at Robarts Family Funeral Home (529 West Main Street Wauchula, Florida 33873) with burial at the Wauchula Cemetery.
