Barbara Carol Ruch, a beloved homemaker, passed away on June 20, 2023, in Wauchula, Florida, at the age of 76. She was born on February 25, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland, to William Henry Weber and Clara Mallory.
Barbara was a resident of Hardee County and had previously lived in Seminole Heights, she was Lutheran by faith. She was a devoted mother to her son Robert James Couch Jr., who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her father, William Henry Weber, mother, Clara Mallory, brothers Theodore Roosevelt Weber, and William Henry and sisters Caroline Weber and Catherine Weber.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Annette Gannon, and husband Cary of Wauchula, Florida, as well as three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She will be remembered for her kind and caring nature and her unwavering love for her family.
A private family service will be held to honor Barbara's life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
