Mrs. Betty Joyce Roberts, 77, of Wauchula, Florida, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018, at Hardee Manor Health Care Facility. She was a member of North Side Baptist Church, Wauchula, FL.

Betty Joyce was born February 7, 1941, in Columbia, North Carolina, daughter of James Barry Deason and Myrtle Lee Westbrook Deason (deceased) and married to Bobby Roberts 28 May 1981, she is survived by her brother James "Uncle Bug" Deason (spouse, Shirley); and her children; Deborah Brown, Connie Lynn Porter (spouse, Thom Porter), Randy Dean Petty (spouse Linda Petty – deceased), Kathrine Perez (spouse Tony Perez), Danny Wayne Petty (spouse Angie Petty); Grandchildren; Thomas O. Porter, Shanda D. Porter, Manuel Sisuentes III, Martin W. Sisuentes, Aurora Betty Hayes, Matthew Sisuentes, Danny "DJ" Petty, Bridget Petty, Aiden Petty; 14 Great-grandchildren. She was a beloved wife, mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother, neighbor and friend. She will be missed dearly.
Memorial Service will be announced through the family at a later date.
