Bobby Jenkins, 74, of Wauchula, passed away on November 23, 2011 in Lakeland. He was born on May 31, 1937 and had been a lifelong resident of Wauchula. Bobby was a heavy equipment mechanic and a member of the Assembly of God.
Survivors include his wife, Inez Jenkins of Wauchula; three sons, Timmy Jenkins, Daniel Jenkins (Maryann), and Kenny Jenkins (Angela), all of Wauchula; three daughters, Cindy Dalton (Allen) of Alamagordo, New Mexico, Abby Mullins (Jerry) of Bradenton, and Judy Carter (Mike) of Apollo Beach; two sisters, Betty Copeland of Perry, Georgia and Bobbie Shinholser of Callahan; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 26th at Robarts Garden Chapel from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Faith Assembly of God in Bowling Green with Rev. James Miller officiating. Burial is in Wauchula Cemetery.
