Bonny Lee Holt, 90, passed away on August 3, 2026 in Wauchula, Florida. She was born on July 2, 1936 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Grover Maritt and Myrtle Effie Rogers Maritt. After moving to Hardee County in 1976, she spent her time being a cook and homemaker, as well as being an active member of Florida's First Church.

She is preceded in death by both parents; her husband George Holt Sr; her sons Arthur Holt and Reson Holt Sr.; her siblings Cleve Maritt, Myrtle Maritt, Cleo Maritt, Alta Maritt, Lola Maritt, J.D. Maritt, Oneta Maritt, Austin Maritt, and Phyllis Maritt. She is survived by her sons George Holt Jr of Park Hills, Missouri and Timothy Holt (Pamela) of Zolfo Springs, Florida; her daughter Phyllis Mather and daughter in law Sandra Holt of Wauchula, Florida; 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

A visitation and service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 8th at the New Vision Worship Center in Zolfo Springs, Florida with funeral services at 11:00A.M.. Services will be officiated by Mr. Reson Holt Jr.
