Doyle Alan Powell, 67, a beloved lifetime resident of Bowling Green, was born on February 8, 1957, in Bartow, Florida. He passed away on February 24, 2024, in Bowling Green, Florida. Doyle was a dedicated employee of Kirk's Janitorial Company and took great pride in his work. He found joy in fishing, hunting, painting, and gardening, and was a passionate fan of the Gators. He had a sweet tooth for Krispy Kreme donuts and enjoyed trying his luck with lottery scratch-off tickets. Doyle was known for his generous heart of gold and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Powell of Bowling Green, Florida; his father, Doyle Powell of Palatka, Florida; his brother, Tim Powell of Bowling Green, Florida; and his sister, Tammy Ringdahl (Walt) of Dundee, Florida, and brother Cody Powell of Fort Meade, Florida. He also leaves behind his cherished niece, Frankie Flesher, who held a special place in his heart.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Robarts's Garden Chapel from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 11:00 am, in the Robarts Garden Chapel, with Mr. Charley Flesher officiating the services. Following the services, interment will take place at the Bowling Green City Cemetery.

Doyle will be remembered for his kind spirit, love for his family, and his zest for life. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
