Geneva Jeanette Yeomans, 89, of Arcadia, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Rest Haven. She was born on August 6, 1931 in Hardee County and had been a resident there for most of her life. She had been employed as a caregiver in home health, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bowling Green.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer E. Murphy, Sr; her second husband, Charles Yeomans, Sr.; and her son, Homer E. "Sparky" Murphy, Jr. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Rhonda Bass Murphy of Arcadia; three grandchildren, Valerie Goodrick (Joel), Sean Murphy (Whittney), and Carla Murphy; and numerous great-grandchildren.
