Obituary for Geraldine I. Mink

Geraldine Mink, 87, of Wauchula, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019. She was born in East Bernstadt, Ky. on August 10, 1931. She moved to Hardee county in 1975 coming from Westchester, Ohio. Geraldine was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church in Bowling Green and worked as the head custodian for Bowling Green Elementary School.

She was preceded in death by her parents John Robbins and Sallie Swanner Robbins, brothers Herman Robbins and Chester Robbins; sisters Thelma Mercer, Ruby Miller, Gwen Wells, and Christine Robbins, and a granddaughter Amber Mink.

Survivors include her sons Randy Mink and Ron Mink (Carla) of Wauchula. Her stepsons Gary Mink (Jann) of Bradenton, Florida and Terry Mink of Hillsboro, Ohio. Her sister Etna Jarvis of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. Six grandchildren 11 great grandchildren. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held at Robarts Garden Chapel on Monday, May 20, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Fort Green Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ricky Dyal officiating. Interment will take place in the Bowling Green Cemetery.
