Hector Luis Colon, 42, of Avon Park, Florida passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in Winter Haven, Florida surrounded by his loving family. Hector was born on July 7, 1980, in Holyoke, MA. to Jose Luis and Maria (Ayala) Colon. He has been a resident of Highlands County for the past 3 years, Catholic by faith, and a general manager by trade. Hector is preceded in death by his father Jose Luis Colon. He is survived by his mother Maria Ayala of Wauchula, FL.; his spouse Pedro Santiago of Avon Park, FL.; furbabies Cookie and Drake of Avon Park, FL.; brothers Edgar Colon of Avon Park, FL., and Carlos Ruben Colon of New Britain, CT.; sister Carmen Waleska Colon of Wauchula, FL. A Visitation will be held at Robarts Garden Chapel on Friday, March 17, 2023, from 10:00-11:00 A.M., Funeral service will follow at 11:00 A.M. Kenya Johnson will be officiating.
