Helen June Henderson, 80, of Northport, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2025. Born on January 27, 1945, in Plant City, Florida, to James William Johnson and Ruby Mae Belcher Johnson, Helen dedicated her life to caring for her family and home as a devoted homemaker.

Helen spent a significant portion of her life as a cherished resident of Wauchula, Florida, before moving to Northport, Florida, where she had lived for the past 11 years. She was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering commitment to her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruby Johnson; her beloved husband, Merle "Red" Henderson; and her sister, Carolyn Barclay.

Helen is survived by her son, Dennis Scott Henderson of Pinellas Park, Florida; her daughter, Dena Henderson of Northport, Florida; her sister, Donna Rolfe of Brandon, Florida; her sister-in-law, Louise Baucom of Wauchula, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

Helen's family and friends will remember her as a loving mother, sister, and friend who touched many lives with her gentle spirit.
