Jo-Ann Gay, 73, of Wauchula, died on Aug. 11, 2010 in Sebring. She was born in Port St. Joe, FL on Sept. 6, 1936. Jo-Ann came to Hardee County from Kingsland, GA in 1963. She was a homemaker and a Jehovah Witness. Survivors include 3 sons, David Gay (Suzanne) of Zolfo Springs, Wayne Gay (Flo) of Lake Wales, Roy Gay (Susan) of Tallahassee; 5 grandchildren, Tonya Richardson, Dawn Pelham, Dollene Fields, Kara Bodiford-Gay, Marshall Gay; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Sunday, Aug. 15th from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. at Robarts Garden Chapel, with services at 2:30 p.m. Burial is in Wauchula Cemetery.
