John Clayton Brannon, 72, of Bowling Green, died on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 in Sebring. He was born in Newville, Alabama. He had been a Hardee County resident since 1964, coming from Texas. He served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Brannon of Bowling Green; son, John E. Brannon and wife Connie of Richland, NC; daughters, Cindy Walker and husband Darrell of Lake Wales, Debbie Newman and significant other, David Carrier of Deland, and Debra Dickerson of Flagstaff, AZ; sister, Betty Ruth Walker of Bowling Green; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Family and friends will gather on Saturday, March 19th from 4-6 p.m. at the Brannon home at 5026 Poplar Ave., Bowling Green.
