John Fry Cole Jr., a long-time resident of Wauchula, passed away peacefully with his wife Mary, by his side on, July 14, 2023 in Wauchula, Fl. He was born on April 4, 1937, in Rock Hill, South Carolina. John worked as a dedicated supervisor in the agricultural field for many years.

John was a hard worker who took pride in his profession. He was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his team. Outside of work, John was a devoted husband who married his beloved wife Mary in May of 2004. They shared a deep love and companionship that lasted throughout their years together.

John was an active member of Lake Dale Baptist Church, where he had been a long-time member. His faith was an integral part of his life, and he found solace and strength within the church community. He was known for his unwavering commitment to his faith and his willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John Fry Cole and Catherine Crockett Cole. He is survived by his loving wife, who will deeply miss his presence. John will also be remembered fondly by his extended family and friends.

John Fry Cole Jr. will be remembered as a hardworking, devoted husband, and a faithful member of his church community. His legacy of dedication and love will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, July 24, 2023, at 10:00 A.M at Lake Dale Baptist Church in Wauchula, Florida.
