Joseph E. Gannon, 78, a resident of Wauchula since 1988 coming from Muskegon, Michigan, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on May 18, 1941. Joseph was a Baptist by faith. He worked as an attendant on an auto ferry. Joseph proudly served his country in The National Guard Reserves.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Wilbert and Mary Bain Gannon.
Survivors include his loving wife, Sharon Gannon of Wauchula, Fl.; sons, Cary Gannon (Annette) of Wauchula, Fl,; Tim Gannon (Candi) of Wauchula, Fl.; daughters, Tammy Kirkland of Wauchula, Fl.; Terri Gannon of Wauchula, Fl.; brother, Bill Gannon (Donna) of Georgia.;. As well as 1 niece, 3 nephews, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be on March 8, 2020 at Pioneer Park at 1:00 p.m.
