Juanita Ann Christian, 67, of Zolfo Springs, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center. She was born on December 31, 1950 in Haralson County, Georgia and had been a resident of Hardee County for 61 years, coming from Georgia. Juanita was employed at an Assisted Living Facility as a CNA.

Survivors include her companion, Joe Gannon of Zolfo Springs; one brother, Curtis Kilgore and wife Linda of Alabama; five sisters, Gladys Dixon of Douglas, Georgia, Debbie Harrell of Douglas, Georgia, Glenda Selph of Zolfo Springs, Mary Freeman and husband Jim of Douglas, Georgia, and Terri Rivera and husband Paul of Douglas, Georgia; along with several nieces, nephew, and cousins.

Visitation will be held at Robarts Garden Chapel on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Zolfo Springs on Saturday, October 20th at 3:00 PM with Dr. Trent Swanson officiating. Burial is in New Hope Cemetery.
