Marcellina Ortega Martinez, 75, a resident of Hardee County since coming from Carlsbad, New Mexico in 1987 went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Advent Health Sebring. She was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico on April 26, 1945. She was Catholic by faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paulino and Manuela Ortega, her daughters, Margaret Martinez (Gilbert) and Elena Martinez.

Survivors include her daughters, Maria Martinez, Manuela Martinez, Epifania Martinez and her daughter, Ebony Lee, Marcy Narciso (Rames), Monica Morales, and Maria Montoya, sons, Richard Martinez (Erika), Junior Montoya, Jesus Montoya, Raul Martinez (Mallory). As well as many loving grandchildren (26) and great grand children (17) and her pets Boss Lee and Susie.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 11:00 at Charlie Creek Baptist Church in Wauchula, Fl.
A Funeral will follow on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 12:00 pm at Charlie Creek Baptist Church in Wauchula, Fl.
Reverend Mike Davis will be officiating.
Interment will take place at Magnolia Manor.
Pallbearers: Raul Martinez, Andrew Lee, Richard Martinez, Jeremiah Tenorio, Jesus Montoya, Michael Hines, and Sherry Lee.
