Maria Rozario Mendiola, 28, of Hardee County, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in Polk County. Maria was born in Avon Park, Florida on December 11, 1989. She was a lifelong resident of Hardee County. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church and worked as a Medical Records Clerk for Care Sync.

She is preceded in death by Maternal Grandfather Juan Cervantes.
Maria is survived by her parents Victor and Maria Carreno of Wauchula Florida; grandparents Isidro and Juana Carreno and Grandmother Santos Cervantes, her loving husband Esteban Mendiola of Wauchula, Florida; Step-son Esteban Mendiola Jr. of Wauchula, Florida; Step-Daughter Alaynah Isabelle Mendiola of Wauchula, Florida; brothers Juan Isidro Carreno of Wauchula, Florida;Victor Alejandro Carreno of Wauchula, Florida; Sister Mari Elena Carreno of Wauchula, Florida; as well as several Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

A Visitation will be held at the Robarts Garden Chapel Thursday January 11, 2018 from 6:00PM-8:00 PM
A funeral Mass will be held Friday January 12, 2018 10:00 AM. At St Michaels Catholic Church
