Maria F. Rodriguez, 82, of Zolfo Springs, passed away on July 20, 2010 in Wauchula. She was born in Mexico and had been a resident of Hardee County for 60 years. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and was employed as a crew leader with Graham's Farms in Wauchula and Wilson Farms in Palmetto. She liked helping others. Her husband, Jose Patino, preceded her in death. She is survived by her sons, Jose Patino of Dallas, TX, Juan Patino of McAllen, TX, step-son, Refugio Patino of Ft. Worth, TX; daughters, Maria Hinojosa of Zolfo Springs, Teresa Estrada of Wauchula, Maria Cervantes of Wauchula, Maria G. Patino of Morristown, TN, Maria J. Silva of Wauchula, Veronica Rico of Wauchula, step-daughter, Rosalva Patino of Dallas, TX; many grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Robarts Garden Chapel from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass is Friday at St. Michael Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Teodoro Mata officiating. Burial is in Wauchula Cemetery.
