Mary "Alice" Mitchell, 101 of Bowling Green, Florida passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021, in Zolfo Springs, Florida. Alice was a lifelong resident of Hardee County, Baptist by religion and LPN by trade. She is preceded in death by both parents John and Sidney Talley; husband William Mitchell; brothers Terry Talley, Sonny Talley, Murdock Talley, J.D. Talley, John Talley and Robert Roy Bass; sisters Anna Mae Grice, Estelle Dunn, Estelle Pope, Myrtle Bass, Rosalie Judah, Alice Faye; niece Roseann Needs and nephew John Talley. Alice is survived by her loving great- nephew Marvin Bass (Francy); nephews Garry Talley (Rachel) of Ft. Meade, Fl., Larry Talley (Linda) of Sebring, Fl., Harry Talley (Shirley) of Bradenton, Fl., Charles Talley (Theresa) of Lake Wales, Fl., Mike Talley of Avon Park, Fl. and Mike Talley (Diane) of Tennessee; nieces Wilma Jean Tomlinson of Winter Haven, Fl., Shirleen Wilkinson of Sebring, Fl., Arleen "Joyce" Martin of Tampa, Fl. and Mary Ann Talley of Avon Park, Fl. and many great-nephews and great-nieces. A visitation will be held at Paynes Creek Primitive Baptist Church, 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 28, 2021, followed by an 11:00 A.M Funeral Service with interment at Paynes Creek Cemetery.
