Mary Ada Richey, 80, of Bowling Green, passed away at her home on Monday, May 27, 2013. Mrs. Richey was born in Bibb County, Alabama on September 25, 1932. She moved to Hardee County from West Palm Beach 37 years ago, being a Bowling Green resident for six years. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Evangelistic Academy.

Her husband E. D. Richey, and daughters Mary Stone and Eloise DeWolfe preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Elton and Starr Richey of Bowling Green, and James and Brenda Richey of Zolfo Springs; one brother, Charles Smith of Alabama; two sisters, Rita Latham and Edna Edwards, both of Alabama; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Robarts Garden Chapel from 6:00-8:00 P.M. with funeral services at the Chapel on Thursday at 2:00 P.M. Interment is in Bowling Green Cemetery.
