Mavis F. Campbell 93, of Arcadia, Fl. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Tidewell hospice, Arcadia, Fl. She was born in Dale County, Al on July 1, 1925. She is preceded in death by her parents, Nettie Mae & A. Dawson Farmer of Al and her husband, Howard Campbell of Arcadia, Fl and brother George W. Farmer of Al. She is survived by a sister, Agnes Stanford of Auburndale, Fl. and daughters Sonya Shrimplin (Randy) of Crystal River, Fl. Carol Hill (Ricky) Arcadia, Fl Peggy Barnett-Bruns (Tim Bruns) Of Port Charlotte, Fl and son Sammy Howard Campbell of Avon Park Fl., as well as five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Wauchula cemetery in Wauchula Fl the family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude for the excellent care given by Eva Lowe and the loving staff during her stay at DeSoto Care Facility.
