Michale Richard Allison SR passed away on August 18, 2026 in Lakeland, Florida. A resident of Hardee County for over 30 years, Mike worked for the Mosaic Company for 18 years. Born in Tacoma, Washington Mike moved to Hardee County in 1991 where he met his wife, Rebecca. Mike and Becki were married for 35 years in which they had 5 children together. Mike was a lifelong, die-hard Dallas Cowboys and Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan. In his free time he enjoyed playing video games with his son Andrew or rooting for his teams when they played. Most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his family. Mike was a proud father and an even prouder grandfather. Mike is preceded in death by his parents David Leo Allison SR and Shirley Jayne Brooks. Surviving him in death are his wife Rebecca Allison of Zolfo Springs; children Michael Joe Allison of Indiana; Linda Janea Allison of Missouri; Andrew James Allison (Denise) of Zolfo Springs, Victoria Jayne Allison of Zolfo Springs, Michale Richard Allison JR of Orlando, bonus daughter Tiffany Butler of Ohio, Carol Ernestina Faye Allison of Zolfo Springs, and Florestela Renee Allison of Zolfo Springs; and grandchildren Mariah Lynn Allison, Joshua Allison, Novelea Allison, Marissa Lewis, Paisley Butler and Sabrina Lucia Guffey; brothers David Leo Allison Jr. of Indiana, and Scott Paul Allison of North Carolina. A visitation will be held at Robarts Garden Chapel on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 A.M.
