Ola Marie Wiseman, 85, of Wauchula, passed away at her home on Saturday, May 14, 2011. Mrs. Wiseman had been a Hardee County resident for 24 years, coming here from Edgemont, South Dakota. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Florida's First Assembly of God, and served as a missionary to the Indian Reservation in Edgemont, South Dakota. She also taught homemaker skill at Lydia's House.
She is survived by one son, Harry Henry Wiseman, Jr. of Wauchula; one daughter, Connie Powell of Wauchula; one brother, Robert Brown of Millersport, Ohio; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Florida's First Assembly of God with Rev. Chris Rutledge and Sherry White officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m. Burial is private for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lydia's House, Inc. 601 N.
