He is preceded in death by his mother Blanca De La Rosa, Sister Blanca Oralia Lara, and Father Polonio T De La Rosa. Polonio is survived by his sister Clara De La Rosa of Zoflo Springs, Fla. Three nieces, and two nephews. A visitation will be held Monday, December 5, 2022, In Robarts Garden Chapel from 6:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m . Church service Will be held
