Raul Martinez-Salinas, 20, of Bowling Green, passed away on March 16, 2013 at Tampa General Hospital. Raul was born in West Palm Beach on December 8, 1992 and had been a resident of Hardee County most of his life. He was Catholic, and was employed as a citrus grove laborer.
He is survived by his parents, Raul Martinez and Alejandrina Salinas-Ponciano of Bowling Green; one brother, Juan Oscar Cruz of Bowling Green; two uncles, Carlos Salinas and Juan Antonio Salinas of Bowling Green; and other family members in Mexico.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Robarts Garden Chapel from 6-8 P.M. Funeral Mass is at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 20th at St. Michael Catholic Church with Fr. Juan Carlos Sack officiating. Interment is in Bowling Green Cemetery.
