Rosa Ramirez Carrion, 86, of Wauchula, Fl. passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 in Lake Placid, Fl. She was born on December 9, 1934 in Malakoff, TX. Rosa was a resident of Hardee county for most of her life coming from Eagle Pass, Texas. She attended St. Michael's Catholic Church in Wauchula; Fl. Rosa was amom,wife and a hero to all of her children. She was the glue that held us all together. She never asked for anything but always gave us everything. She is preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Aurora Ramirez. Sons Ramon Carrion Jr. and Raul Carrion Sr. Rosa is survived by her loving husband of 67 years. Juanita Carrion of Georgia, Alma Gonzalez (David) of North Carolina; Maria Carrion of Tampa, Fl.; Melissa Avilez (Phil) of North Carolina; Maria Wilcox (Jerry) of Georgia and Betsy Wilcox (Joey) of Wauchula, Fl. Brother Manuel Ramirez of SanDiego, California as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. A visitation will be held Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Robarts Garden Chapel with Funeral Services Monday February 22, 2021 at St. Michael's Catholic Church at 11:00 am. Interment will take place at Wauchula Cemetery.
