In Loving Memory of Ross A. Turner
Ross A. Turner, a beloved member of the Hardee County community and a lifelong resident, passed away on November 15, 2023. He was born on March 19, 1976, to the late Dale Turner Sr. and Shirley Earnest in Wauchula, Florida. Ross was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Ross was a faithful member of the Riverview Heights Baptist Church, where he found solace and strength in his spiritual journey. He lived his life with unwavering faith and exemplified the values of love, compassion, and kindness.
Professionally, Ross worked as a plant manager for Hicks Oil Company. He approached his work with diligence and determination, always striving for excellence.
Ross is preceded in death by his father, Dale Turner Sr. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, which will forever be treasured by his family. He is survived by his loving mother, Shirley Earnest, of Wauchula, Florida, and his devoted wife, Debbie Turner, of Zolfo Springs, Florida.
Ross's children were the joy of his life. He is survived by his sons, Jeramiah Turner (Alicia), of Zolfo Springs, and Caleb Turner of Zolfo Springs. His daughter, Christian Turner (Victor Carreno), also of Zolfo Springs, will forever carry his love in their hearts.
He is also survived by his brother, Eddie Turner (Terra), of Sebring, Florida, and his sister, Dixie Follett, of Pennsylvania.
Ross A. Turner was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. A Memorial Service will be held at Riverview Heights Baptist Church on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Jim Harris will be officiating.
