Roy Johnston, 75, of Zolfo Springs, died at his home in Zolfo Springs on Saturday, April 14, 2018. Born in Cochran, Georgia on December 10, 1942, He has been a resident of Hardee County most of his life. He was a Truck Driver working for John Stephens Inc. He was a Baptist.

He is preceded in death by his wife Betty "Frog" Johnston and his daughter Robin Woods. He is survived by two daughters Penny Little (Kelly) of Arcadia, Fl. and Jessica "Jessie" Nicole Johnston of Bowling Green, Fl.; brother Henry Johnston of Alabama; seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday April 19, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Robarts Garden Chapel with Ellis Cross Officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery.
