Sandra Johnson Albritton, 81, of Wauchula, Fl. passed away in Lakeland, Fl. on Sunday, August 21, 2022. She was born in Nocatee, Florida, on June 29, 1941, and had been a resident of Hardee County since 1955 coming from Desoto County. She was a member of the Lily Union Baptist Church. She was a homemaker spending her time caring for her family. Sandra hand-knitted over 400 winter "beanie" style caps for every child at Bowling Green Elementary School approximately 10 years ago.
She is preceded in death by her parents Preston and Naomi Bryant Johnson, Husband Phillip Albritton Sr., Sons Phillip Benjamin Albritton Jr. (Virginia), and Gregory Brian Albritton. She is survived by her daughters Denise (Paul) Moye of Bowling Green, Fl.; Polly (David) Rodriguez of Walhalla, SC., and Cyndi (Steve) Hall of Lake Wales, Fl. As well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Lily Cemetery on Friday, August 26, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. with pastor Scott Waldron officiating services. In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to Lily Cemetery via Donna Carver.
