Sandra Roe, 75, passed away on September 3, 2025. Born May 13, 1950, Sandra was a strong, independent woman who lived on her own for many years and met life's changes with resilience and curiosity.

A true lifelong learner, Sandra was a master of trades and never hesitated to try something new—both in her career and in her life. She was happiest with paint on her hands, a new craft project underway, or working with wood in her shop. Her creativity and practical skill were hallmarks of who she was and how she lived.

Sandra was preceded in death by her son, Edgar Richter. She is survived by her children, Harvey Richter and Laurie Santos; two grandsons; four granddaughters; and five great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her independence, her inventive spirit, and the quiet strength she offered her family.
