Santos Reyna-Torres, aged 90, peacefully passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Born on July 24, 1933, in San Antonio, Texas, to Natividad and Louisa Reyna. Santos was a devoted stay-at-home mom, cherishing her family by creating a warm and loving home through her passion for baking and cooking. Residing in Hardee County for the last 50 years, she found joy in nurturing her loved ones. In the last 7 years, she was married to Julio Calderon. Santos was preceded in death by her parents and son, Jesse Torres. She is survived by her loving husband, Julio Calderon, her son Joe Torres (Martha) of Winter Haven, FL, daughters Marie Torres Fuentes (Gustavo) of Wauchula, FL, and Rosa Castillejos (Jose) of Spartanburg, SC, her brother Juan Reyna (Emma) of Lakeland, FL, as well as 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. A visitation in memory of Santos Reyna-Torres will be held at Robarts Garden Chapel on Friday, May 10, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m.
