Sherwell Criswell, 80, of Wauchula, Florida passed away in Sebring, Florida on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Sherwell was born on September 22, 1942, in Dothan, Alabama to Silvie and Gladys Criswell and has been a resident of Hardee County since 1952. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and a Box Engineer at J & J Produce. Sherwell is preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his wife Nancy Criswell; daughters Pamela Merchant, Paula Bodiford, and Penny Johnson; 6 sisters; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at Robarts Garden Chapel on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. Reverend Ervin Bodiford will be officiating. Interment at Wauchula Cemetery will follow the service.
