Terry D. Keene, 68, of Wauchula, went home to his Lord on Friday, March 11, 2022. He was born on April 24, 1953, in Hardee County. Terry was very active for many years in the Loyal Order of Moose, holding several officers positions with the Prelate being his favorite. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, McCoy and Inez Keene, brothers, Kenneth Keene and Tom Keene, sister, Gayle Story, and niece Shannon Story Gause. He is survived by sisters, Lillian K. Hughes of Ona, Fl., and Patricia K. Marsh of Avon Park, Fl., his nephew Todd Nickerson of Ona, Fl., along with cousins, other nephews, great-nephews, nieces, and great-nieces. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at the Paynes Creek Cemetery. Kevin Marsh will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mooseheart.
