Thomas Marshall Gough, 76, of Wauchula, passed away at his home on Thursday, January 16, 2014. He was born in Wauchula on June 8, 1937 and had been a resident of Hardee County most of his life. Marshall was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and was a self-employed farmer and rancher.

He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Gough. Survivors include his mother, Doris Rhyan of Wauchula; companion, Carolyn Gilliard of Wauchula; son, Jamie Gough of Zolfo Springs; daughter, Marsha Fields of Zolfo Springs; brother, Terry Gough and wife Norma Jean of Bushnell; sister, Delores Rutledge and husband Harry of Orlando; and four grandchildren, Tanner, Mason, and Kendall Gough, and Jordan Gibbs.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20, 2014 at Oak Grove Baptist Church from 9:30-10:30 a.m., with funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Jim Davis will officiate. Interment will be at New Zion Cemetery.
