Veronica Pope Cranford Abundis, 68, of Wauchula, passed away on June 22, 2012 at Florida Hospital Wauchula. Veronica was born in Hope Fort, Georgia on June 9, 1944 and had been a resident of Wauchula most of her life. She was a home health caretaker.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Campbell and a brother, Steve Pope.
Survivors include her father, Ronald Eugene Pope of Wauchula; three sons, Joseph Cranford and wife Karen of Bowling Green, Hank Warren of Wauchula, and David Warren and wife Rosa of Tennessee; one daughter, Renee Martin of Fort Myers; one brother, Tom Pope of Sebring; two sisters, Betty Clyde Pope of Nebraska, and Charlotte Williams and husband Charles of Alaska; nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
