William D. Hill "Friendly Billy Hill", 59, of Wauchula, passed away at Tampa General Hospital on Monday, February 18, 2019. He was born in Plant City, Florida on March 15, 1959. Billy had been a Hardee County resident most of his life. He owned Hardee Car Company and was a Christian.

He was preceded in death by his parents, King David Hill and Mary Jo Gorman Hill, a brother, Ricky Hill, and two sisters, Cathy and Susan Hill.

Billy is survived by his wife, Janice Hill of Wauchula; daughters, Billy Jo Hill of Zolfo Springs and Cierra Hill of Wauchula; step-daughters, Donna Eures of Wauchula, Betty Richardson of Arcadia, and Nikkie Vela of Wauchula; brothers, Jimmy Hill of Wauchula Hills, and Frankie Hill of Fort Meade; sister, Tammy Ellis of Michigan; and 11 grandchildren, Erica, Austin, and Dallas Pellom, Cody and Scotty Eures, Brandon, Zachary, and Kailob Wisniewski, Amberlyn Hill, Taylin Jena, and Gavin Carpenter.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM (Noon) at Robarts Garden Chapel. Funeral services are are at 12:00 PM. Interment is in Wauchula Cemetery. Rev. Scott Waldron is officiating.
